A little bit about…
JENNY X JOE
Jenny & Joe have known each other since they were SIX YEARS OLD, where they met through their Church. They were best friends until seventeen when eventually Joe asked Jen out on a date; which I hear was eventful in itself!
They have since been through a lot, with years of long distance, studying & a very long mission without much contact - but the two FINALLY got engaged in August 2022!
Clearly, it was MEANT TO BE!
When I asked this pair what was important to them about their wedding day, Jenny was excited about the big celebration where everyone could be together and be happy. Although she did confess she wanted everything to look AWESOME too; which I’m sure we can all agree, she did with flying colours. Her chosen colour scheme was absolutely on point. Joe’s answer was probably the sweetest response I’ve had to date; he just wants Jen to be happy - all day.
The ceremony was held at The Church of Jesus Christ of the Latter Day Saints, in Loughborough which is where they met and means a lot to them both and their families. Joe’s dad is the bishop who married them legally, before they headed to the temple in the late afternoon. I was thrilled to be with them up until this time capturing the nuptials, church refreshments, family / group shots & their reception; with some pretty cool alternative confetti action and some fun with the two of them and the Bridal Party thrown in for good measure!

Just a quick thankies to you both for being soo cool, so calm, so easy to work with; you made my job effortless… and special thanks to Joe for letting me have the guys throw you; I think I was actually more scared than you were!
